No you can't. My advice is to base copy the players you better like in southamerica and transfer them to any crap team so they can be sold in the european market. that's the only thing I've heard as a solution, anyone else with other decent option?

You can also base copy into a created player...example start creating a new player then base copy neymar you will have neymar as free agent when you start ML
