ive got it, me ps2 chipped an its a good game but its crap ofline its just an arcade game if uve got ur ps2 online den it defo shud be a amazin game (i got got my ps2 online but u can see wen playin it it is for online gamin really dow 2 player is very kool an ders alot of maps) a well worth look for any star wars fan but if u aint online den think about it b4 u buy i got ever game gowin an ders plenty better games den it like burnout 3 which is sooooo ammmaazziiinnn dont get me wrong star wars battlfront is a good game but withut online i think u shudent buy, this is only my point ofview haha

Well, ive got BF1942 on PC, and enjoy playing it offline as much as online, which lately, i have been rarely doing.

Im gonna buy this on the PS2 simply because it offers split screen 2 player action, which surely makes a difference? i just cant wait to hunt my friends down with a speeder bike. awesome grafx.

i've played it on my demo for the ps2, and i think its pretty good it plays very smoothly and is the kind of star wars game that should have been brought out ages ago, its a great battle game

looks excellent might get this game, i watched the extra bonus footage on the star wars trilogy dvd and it looked good on there. i always look through these forums to see what people think of games. cheers guys...

Scans aren't perfect as the pages are just a little bit bigger than my scanner - but they're not too bad.

I played this game on friday at virgin with some kid and in cooperative mode the game is quite good, you can drive anything, plus its mainly one big war which is great, and its got some cool clips from the star wars films which add to the mood to the game.

I have it on Xbox, swaped it for Burnout3, its great, i really like it, especually the online mode, my favourite level by far is the snow one, where you have to rap rope around the walkers to distroy them!!!!

Got any tips for tripping the walkers? I found it quite tough.

I prefer to get in a turret and shoot them from a distance.... until some cheeky sod sneaks up and shoots me in the back of the head.....

You have to have two people in the aircaft to do it, one flying and one firing the rope.

All you do is, fly up to the leg of a walker and then tell the person who is firing the rope which side the leg is(opposite your side) and then it is him/her who does all the work because they have to accuratly hit the leg of one, when he/she does all you do is slow the caft down(down on the right analogue on xbox) and steer around the walker untill it does down!!!

It is very easy to do after you have had a couple of goes because i know that i couldn't do it at first!

Battlefront is a great game, I love it. Played it with a mate for 6 hours straight, very fun.

For the big walkers, I speed up and change height randomly when going round the front of them and then slow down as I go round the other side of them out of their view, as they do have some big guns. Can't wait to get X-Box Live and try it out on that .

I have it on the xbox too. I played it online a couple of times but then Def Jam Vendetta 2 came out and I became addicted to that lol
