One of the things I think should be changed in this is that at a certain point when you get offered a contract to a new team you should start in the starting team.

For instance It's unrealistic if you just come from juventus where you have been the league topscorer 2 years in a row to go to PSV and not start

When PSV buys Messi in real life they won't let him start from the bench either

well, it doesn't take long at all to break into a team, for instance i had 3 seasons at west ham playing quite well and very well in my last season and got offered to man utd, which I took the CF role in 3 matches. Or look at ronaldinho who was barca's best player for a while and didn't start the first few matches on ac milan, i think its fine the way it is imo

is it also a fine way when you the team's leading scorer but still get benched for 75 mins of the game?..and then the starting CF can't score a goal if his life depends on it
