It is possible to turn offside trap or counter attack like in PES2013 ?(L2+O,X) I can't find how to do it

Yes you can, but this year you must have some type of strategy your using at any one time. You've got 3 strategy slots, so pick a strategy for your number one slot that you want as your default. Each match you start, will start off with your number one strategy as default without you having to change anything. So, pick one of the default ones or create a custom one for it. Then if you want to also have the offside trap and counter attack as strategies, just put one in each of the remaining slots. Then choose during the match whichever ones you want by pressing up or down on the d-pad. You'll see an icon in the bottom corner of your screen with a number telling you which strategy you've changed to.

I know that, I meant that with a single button to enable offside trap like in 2013. In this year there are too many bad changes

Not quite like that no. Your only ever one press of the d-pad away from the other two tactics your using from your current one anyway. You'll just have to remember which direction d-pad 'up' or 'down' cycle's through them. Shouldn't take too much to get used to.
