Unfortunately I do not think that would be possible; especially for version detecting / cheat prevention purposes, all launchers require loading the pes4.exe directly.
Do what I do; create a shortcut and put that into your startup folder in the start menu. Everytime you start the computer, the options come up in MPSO2.1; select em, minimize to tray, then forget about it
It only takes up 2mb when running in the background, which isn't much at all.
