System settings not saving

Hi everyone,

I wonder why my system settings don't get saved in-game, game language for instance.

Every time I start the game it is back to default settings.

Had the same problem with '08. Can't believe this is such a hard thing for Konami to fix...

Anyone has a solution? I tried to ppjoy thing, but for some reason, it failed to install in my system. Plus, I am using a gamepad as controller #1.

the only problem i got is that player settings (semi assisted/assisted) for player 2 never get saved.. same with 08
