You would think that you could associate your VP to both PC and PS3 and use them on either platform, the data is already stored in the cloud.

Doubt it - this is EA. Not sure if that is the case for PC anyway as I have a file on my hard drive which I could easily hack if I wanted to or replace with one downloaded from elsewhere.

Yeah it's a bit of a balls, I'd like the option to try it out on the xbox aswell at some point but it's too much work to even consider getting my VP up to 85 again.

I looked at switching my VP to a CDM Playmaker instead of a CAM Playmaker... knock five-ten points of virtually all my stats besides Long Passing and Standing Tackle, no thanks. It annoys me that you have to follow the shit stat bases EA give you, it turns everyone into clones. A much better player creator is needed, editing in Fifa is generally woeful though and the menus are crap.

You should be able to accumulate points based on your performances and allocate them to each ability to make yourself the way you want. Of course there should be limits set based on the height/weight of the VP, otherwise everyone will be giving themselves 99 speed.

Yeah good idea. More like an RPG system where you earn defence points, or offence points or whatever, and then allocate them to the stats in each tree, if you will. That'd be perfect.

It would be fine for me if you just changed the way your started, a base point system which you could allocate to what you wanted and then added from there based on current accomplishments. 189cm and was very quick, in this you have to be a certified dwarf, how tall is mr bolt EA? definitely needs a change to the whole VP side of things

Not too bad if you get a few goals on the way. How many of you played?

You normally pull a full boat and it's hard to beat that many players collectively, that's what'd kill us when we play you unless we get in a few more bodies. A keeper would be top of the wish list.

If you play a keeper against us we'd view it as cheating and the result would be considered invalid. If good they just save practically everything, it's bullshit.

The 4-0 loss last night really cunted me off, at 2-0 I thought we were still in with a chance, that third pissed me off because of teh way the ball hit off the striker from my goal keepers kick out, then Original gave away the penalty.

I was just pulling the keep at every opportunity after that.

Who's next for ANY then?

It was annoying because at 0-0 I was through and really hit that volley well and yet ol' Gordon Banks' reincarnated gets fingertips to it, which was complete cunt.

I've played against quite a few human keepers now and didn't find it impossible to score, I take your point on board though and in the interest of fairness we could agree not to use Human GKs in the Ashes.

It's not impossible of course, and certainly depends on the ability of the VP and the player - some can be really bad. But it's just that if you have two teams - one with a human GK, one without, but with the same amount of players - the same attempts that go in for one team most certainly won't for the other if the guy controlling the keeper is good. I think it's much fairer just to have the same bog-standard keepers.

Despite my best efforts I was unable to get sent off in that match.

I must say Fifa 10 clubs was better than Fifa 12, I'm not sure how they can have taken a backward step over two years of development. This is essentially the same game with just as many bugs, dodgy decisions and exploits. This is the only mode of Fifa that I enjoy at all and to be honest I'm not sure I can say that any more.
