Team Work in PES09??

Just wanted to know if anyone haves a clear idea on What the "Team Work" Stat is supposed to mean. Does it mean better Positioning -or- is it more about the player working harder for the Team??

Just wondering because there are Team Players like Juan Roman Riquelme who do Not really help in the Defensive duties. Whereas Other Team players like Gattuso work very hard for their team, but aren't good at producing One-Twos and such.

What's the role of the "Team Work" Stat in PES09??

Teamwork is one of the more complex stats in PES.

But generally speaking, Teamwork determines how regularly players will make the right sort of passes, the right sort of runs, and be in the right place at the right time for each other.

The teamwork stat in any given move is worked out as an average between the players individual teamwork abilities.

Ya i have found that better team work allows the teams to gel better and create better flowing moves and passes.
