earlier on I was playing on pes5 and was doing really well a few wins in a row, and then all of a sudden come along West Brom, bottom of the table with 5 or 6 points im not sure. despite relentless attacking i lost the game 2-0 and was gutted.

there was a thread about sao paulo and how they kept beating users.... including me but this ones about teams who are seriously crap or good but you always lose to them so any replies are welcomed

haha! same happened to me with west brom!!! what a piss take! in some ways its good, upsets every now and again, but they always seem to play me off the park!

AS Roma used to breeze past me in PES4, but I thought this would change as I beat them in the cup and away. But when the home fixture came around, Daniele Corvia banged a hat trick past me (ok, Dida was at fault for the last two) and I lost 3-1, I just never stood a chance.

As for players I hate, Alessandro Del Piero ranks in at 1st 2nd and 3rd! I'm glad to see that it reality he has hit a bit of his old form, but even is PES4 he'd finish the season with about 50 goals, and it hasn't changed in PES5!

I've used the R1 chip since PES3, but they've seemed to have ruined it in PES5, doesn'tget as much elevation as it used to. I used to be able to do it from outside the box if I got it up to MAX, but now I can't.

Thats what i was think. I changed me buttons so that i could do R1 chips with rapid fire. I used to be able to do them from far out.

Charlton. I can beat all the big teams easy but when it comes to them and bloody Danny Murphy (he must have a boyfriend that works with Seabass) they always get a draw or beat me WTF.

Argentina are the hardest team to beat in the game imo. 6 stars that is. But on the events of an upset, it's Turkey that usually beats me! I tried a total of 5 times, lost 4 of them and won just once. I dont know, its just something with the Turks that i keep on losing to them.

i find psv hard in my ML, they play a very effective formattion which is very hard to defend against, they bet me twice last seaon... bet them 4-1 this season but damm they still gave me a game

on the ps1 version i always found fiorentina hard i mean damm hard too.... damm nuno gomes and chiesa arrrrrghhhh

Yeah mate same here, Charlton piss me off too! Danny Murphy is deadly with those free kicks. Managed to beat them 6-2 last night in my ML, I think that is probably one of my best scorelines so far.

Newcastle are a pain in the arse aswell, beat me in the cup final last season! Always seem to get played off the park by them!:angry:

Newcastle and spurs for me never win against spurs (Robbie Keane ALWAYS scores against me) and it is always close with Newcastle.

in pes 4 marsielle at their home always caused problems
they always go 2 - 0 up at least

they beat me 4-3 after i came back from 3 - 0 down to make it 3 - 3 on 89 then they scored the last kick of the match

next season i was 2 - 0 down but went on to win 7 - 3 (i dont know how that happened)

next season i was 2 - 0 down again and i could only get 1 back so i lost 2 - 1, they are the only team to beat me in 3 seasons in division 1 and they came up with me from division 2

i have struggled against sevilla and have been outplayed twice but somehow i have managed to win both games,they keep the ball so well and are difficult to break down.

I've had a couple. In the early years OGC Nice knocked my Leeds side out of the D2 Cup twice and prevented us winning promotion in the first season. Since getting up Blackburn have caused me problems. I dread playing them as Friedel seems to be unbreachable. Last time we took 25 shots, 13 on target, against them as well as a penalty and still failed to score. Made it much worse when Bellamy got a poxy header in injury time!
