The most important feature of a successful PES team is teamwork. I rate this as the most important statistic of any player I acquire. The teamwork statistic of a player who is new to your team starts low and rises at a rate of six points per game until he reaches his maximum.

Pressing the circle button when in 'Substitutions' on the 'Formation' screen will show you each players' teamwork ability in relation to every other individual on the pitch. Every player on the pitch should have this statistic in the nineties.

yea... team work is vital to winning but speed is also a key... there is not point havinf good team work with to speed to take advantage of the position that you team work has put u in but...

teamwork works well when you have people playing off each other up front especially though passing ability helps get round this.

i just got done training piliniak and i didnt raise his teamwork value at all, its at 35

good response & tackling = less cpu goals

You know in real life they say teamwork is very important, so players can communicate with one another, and know when to react to through balls, back passes etc....


But this is the game.
You're controlling it.

It's not as if your mates are all FIXed players on the pitch.

Still, I rather have a higher Teamwork stat than a lower one

possesion

theyre teamwork bar is about 1/3 the length it should be...

i htink the most important thing on pes is the goals because you can sprint down the wing full pelt and cross one in and score like that.but teamwork on stat bars are always the lowest on pes.

rises at a rate of 6 points per game, no it doesn't, it all depends on how often they pass together, if I have Kewell on the left and I buy Beckham for the right then the teamwork stat between them goes up a lot if they switch wings a lot or if they make runs through the defence but if the two wingers get down the wing and cross it to the strikers but do not pass the ball much then the teamwork does not improve much at all.

True, if any team should have a very high average for teamwork, over and above decent ratings for the individuals, it's Ajax. I think their whole squad is under-rated.

del piero is underated and so is super saha and also defoe now. but teamwork is important but not as important as some other things on pes3.
