The 'Enter Number' section

I have found out that the enter number section in the edit mode unlocks certain aspects in the game, so far i have found:

1000= austria's stats increse by 5 points
2000= austria's stats decrease by 5 points
1111= spartak moscow ability points increase by 5 points
2111= spartak moscow decrease
1999= all players abilities go up by 5
2999= all players abilities go down by 5

Has anyone found anything else out about this?
