well i have noticed that we all pes fan argue about how bad offside they have made how bad referee is bla bla bla bla... STOP STOP! this thread is only for those how want's to comment the brilliant Game konami gives us every year right! When i play zlatan holding the ball with his strength and i can fell it when i play him it's just is a wonderful feeling.
a well timed tackle by masherano no free kicks says the refe brillint wonderfull!
a power full free kick by C.ronaldo goes in the net or ronaldinho with his classical movment.
so guys what is your positive comments about PES 2009?
Dude, Ronaldinho, Ibrahimovic, Kaka.. is there any difference at all in their movements?? I don't see what's so brilliant about "Ronaldinho's classical movement".
There are only 4 slightly different types of movements. It would be great if PES09 featured some 10 different types of dribbling movements, but that isn't the case. So WHY is it positive that the PES series still hasn't made any progress??
The game feels even more scripted now, I have played games where the Com does everything in its power so that I end up loosing the match. Even if I restart the match, the Com scores the same "lucky" goals again.
Either a long range goal where the GK spills it and someone taps it in -or- a corner where the GK spills it again, and again, someone scores the easy tap in.
I think PES09 is one of the easiest Football Sims I've played, but at least I cannot score the same amount of long range goals. Which is pretty much it, if it weren't for the long range goals in PES6, PES6 wouldn't be as easy.
That's one of the few things I like about PES09, you cannot score the same amount of long range goals, which is closer to reality. But for all that, there are much more ways of scoring easy goals now. The easiest way of scoring is via Lofted Through Balls.
Although of course, for the most part, whenever I score one of those easy goals -the- Com always finds the way of leveling the scores with one of them "lucky and unpredictable" goals.
It's just so obvious and boring.. Football isn't boring.
I just don't see WHY the lack of innovation should be anything to be positive about.
But on the positive side, I like that Long Through Balls are useful this time around, also like the Shooting at times.. and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few good things about the game.
The pace seems to be quite accurate, the graphics.. Overall, I think that PES09 haves more negatives than positives.
Too much "lucky" goals time after time, the movements feel rigid and unnatural, too much space and time on the pitch, even less control over your players, the crappy dribbling controls, etc, etc..
A huge improvement over PES08, but a step back from the PS2 versions of PES6 and PES5.
