Question is simple..

As there's so much ongoing discussion about which patch plays in which way. I'd like to know some opinions simply on which patch / Difficulty you've got against you the hardest / most scoring AI?
Jenkey patches can also be counted here..

I'm looking for the most scoring AI patch version / difficulty there is as it annoys me that keeping clean sheets is mostly always so easy in Pes.

Now counted here can also be the most "cheating" AI's. I don't care do they cheat how much as long as they score by putting the ball into my net :D

I'm having this crisis of confidence right now dude where I need a challenge, I am a big champion of Jenkey's patch on the PC BUT that doesn't make the game hard, it makes it realistic in terms of sim-wise and fair.

I've had to reformat one of my drives today for various reasons and have just chucked on PES from scratch and decided to have go and am enjoying it I must say. Playing Arsenal at the moment and they seem much more dangerous than normal!

So...I would say the original out of the box game, no patches, on Top Player or Superstar is the hardest, I'm going to play it for a prolonged period today to test this hypothesis!!! :)

So you are beating the COM with patch 1.02 on your ML with the default players on superstar?

I wish I was i took my heaviest loss ever on any football game I've ever played 10-0 it was like I was powerless to stop anything

In fact I still haven't really started ML in PES2012, I've decided to wait a while for a perfect patch before starting. Only played exhibitions. Mostly with HJK Helsinki (crappy team), and I got no problem keeping clean sheets in Top Player.
Though I pretty much always play together with a friend on the same team, which makes defending and especially attacking cooler / easier.

As the original post states, we're simply masochists looking for the most challenge, for the day we decide to start ML :) As people opinions vary so much regarding different patches!

I agree completely of Jenkey! It's a great work making the game look & feel more simwise but imo when the AI edge of "cheating" a bit is gone, it sadly becomes a bit toothless.
Sometimes AI cheating pisses of course like hell. But like in PES2011, most of the "Cheating" can be blocked with certain elements of defending & holding the ball.
Ok, good to hear this as well about the original game version!

It maybe me but I'm finding the latest patch harder than any other release, but nit in a good way I'm now seeing the dodgy deflections and the com is there to gobble up the rebound. But worst of all I'm struggling to score I've lost whatever i was doing before hand and I'm either putting shots at the keeper, or blast it wide.

I do however still like the game and it's just a matter of time until it clicks again. I noticed that I don't think the developers intended a lot of use of the speed burst. The com really closes you down and actually tackles a lot better than if you just use the normal running speed and make a move and then press the speed to run into space
