The PES4 Master League thread

Yeah, the new game is here, I don't have it now, though.
Therefore, could we(you) talk more about the new stuff in the master league, at least I got some question as such:
1.How is the aging working? getting 1 more age per 1 season?
2. Retirement. How do u know ur player gonna retire? specific age?
3. Regenerate players. How does it work? What is the average age of them? How good are they?
4. Stats developing. How does it work? Changing acording to performance? Decreasing older than 30+?
....
and many more, hope u guys could join me and have a nice discuss.

they get a year older at the start of every season
2. Retirement. How do u know ur player gonna retire? specific age?
it will tell you at the end of the season which players have retired from which club
3. Regenerate players. How does it work? What is the average age of them? How good are they?
they are 17 when they are regenerated and they have lower stats for you to build tem up by playing them
4. Stats developing. How does it work? Changing acording to performance? Decreasing older than 30+?
it depends when the players peak. most will keep getting better till 25 and then start going down. the older they are the more stats they lose

and, are all the regen players coming as non-club player? no youth coming out from ur own squad?

do we have to train the player to grow? can we direct him to what we want he to be? i mean, the player just randomly increase couples of stats or, some point was given to allocate to specific stat?

saw from other thread regarding winning11 8, telling that regen players are physically identical to the retired ones, so, how about the name? if different, can it be read out on commentary?
