TIF2004 - Reviewers thougts

G'day, firstly let me say that I'm a passionate soccer & PES3 fan. But unfortunately PES3 cannot satisfy my hunger or desire to kick some, I mean compete online against the world!!! So until PES4 comes out it looks like TIF2004 will have to fill in that void.

Ok with all that out of the way I'd like some constructive responses from those who have TIF2004 on the quality of the game both off & online.

Look forward to reading your postings.

Moing this to the Gaming section.

I've played TIF2004 and it's about the same as TIF2003 gamplay-wise.
It sucks.

I'd rather play PES3 offline than TIF2004 online.
Hopefully soon, PES4 will be online too.

G'day

Yes I too & everyone one who is a PES3 fan is hoping the same, but until then one has only FIFA2004 & TIF2004 to chose from for online play. Is the later any good online?

PS: Anyone know of any good TIF2004 sites?

Thanks again

Ok the last TIF i played was TIF 2002 and maybe compared to pes3 the gameplay sucks but if you are getting bored of pes3 then its amazing, I would consider TIF or Fifa 2004, or both ;) ..And all of you are compariing pes3 to TIF, read his first post - He is getting bored of pes3! So obviously getting TIF is a good idea if he isn't liking pes3.

pes3 is a million times better, i played the shop version demo in my local game store and it sucks!!!, pes3 is still by far the best football game ever invented, and a fully patched pes3 is amazing...

'sigh' As i keep saying - read his post- He is BORED with pes3, so pes3 should not even be mentioned in the thread, he is after a new game and i'm betting TIF is higher on ppls lists than FIFA.

giggsy-lad i did read his thread possibly what i should have said was how do you get bored of pes3? there is no other football game worth buying and if you do you will always be comparing it to pes3, therefore meaning you have wasted your money and feel completly frustrated, regards...

Bored of PES3?? Never!

G'day guys, just for the record I'm not bored of PES3, I love the game dearly & I'm by no means looking for a substitute. What I'm looking for is a game that plays well enough to offer some enjoyment & challenge, but more importantly, solid online game play.

FYI I started playing soccer games way back when Sensible Soccer was first released. Since then I followed the FIFA series right through till FIFA2003. It was then that a friend convinced me to try PES3 that I made the swap. I actually went out & bought a PS2 just for the game! I've never looked back nor have I played FIFA since! I classify myself as a hardcore PES3 gamer & I look forward to challenging you all to a game come PES4!

Fifa has great online play, Trust me i have played it and i recomend the pc version cos this way you can download gameplay if u are not happy with it, although this will prevent you from playing online
