Build Face Tips?

If any of you build face makers have any tips, I'd love to hear them.

Like:

What features to you start with?

Do you have a specific order of features you follow to make a good build face? Do you start with the profile? Or face position? Or eyes?

Any tips would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I'll tell you my procedure, although everybody has its own:

0.1- if the player has a beard start there

1- the most basic stuff. those things you notice imediatelly when you see any face: size, eyes, eyebrows, mouth shape and size, jaw parameters, noze shape (like a mushroom or an A)
2- then I complete the eyes. these are, for me, the most important part of the face.
3- then the nose and the distance relation between it and the eyes
4- now make the ears. this part can be tricky, as you need to make them just the right size according to the head size and distance between nose and eyes. it works better if done altogether with the frontal part of the nose.
5- complete the mouth and again adjust the distance between it and the rest of the face.
6- finish the nose (lateral side parts)
7- go to base and adjust the skin type, size, posititon, etc.
8- finish with the jaw

hope this helps :)

Thanks a lot for sharing your process. I really appreciate it. I had a look at some of your work, and it is quite impressive. Einstein!!

I'm usually able to make passable build faces, but there are times where I am left quite frustrated with the end product. I think I get lucky when I actually make a good one :)
