I came up with some tips for KONAMI last night regarding the training mode in BAL.
Your player should be able to be approached by the manager every now and againto discuss tactics, such as running behind the defence at certain times, sit back whilst winning the game to help your own defence, etc. This should especially be used just before facing tough opponents or just before an important match, like the Champions League Final.
Also, your player should be able to learn from much more experienced players (age 30/31+) on the training ground, such as when it is the best time to head in for a tackle. The better the rating of the experienced player, the better the advice given to your player.
The latter feature is very advanced, and yes KONAMI, you would have to work very had to introduce it to the game, but the training mode in BAL would become much more powerful and, used alongside with discussing tactics and strategies with the manager, much more irresistable.
