So i just started my first Master League with a user created team and don't know where to go to train my players??? I used to review all the arrows and blue and purple would get trained and I'd usually let green ,red, orange do nothing...

Please advise... I feel lost in this new game!

"Club house" - then go to "training". However you can't play the training sessions yourself. You only get to decide on which areas the specific players focuses on.
And you can train them to aquire special abilities or to be able to play an other position..
