So I started with Fenerbahce with the team's original line-up. I cannot figure out how to make transfers.

So my first season I did not get any players. I was not aiming too high but i started in the D2 so maybe that was why.

Now I am in the first division that I edited with MU and Inter and all of the giants. I paid for a better scout who can make transfers but I still haven't been able to make a transfer.

Am I missing something? I am playing against Inter with players around 70 overall and it getting boring...

It is happening again
I think they made transfers harder with the new patch. For example, before the patch, I signed Kroos for 3mil, after the patch I tried to sign Park Chu Yong (who is currently on loan for me), they asked for 11 mil!

You should try loaning players, that always works for me. I have PCY (as mentioned before), Gibbs and Alexis Sanchez on loan, ooooh also Mollo (he's good). Had some good players in the past too. Mitroglou, Canales, Alex Teixeira.

Aah thanks I'll check that out. I think my trouble was starting in D2 league. Your success I suppose depends on the ranking of your team also. It should improve if I do better on 1st division. Thanks!

Have a look at the list of targets section, these players will be more likely to sign for you. Certain level 5 scouts also have better stats for certain things, for example there is a scout that is good at dealing with domestic clubs, a scout that is good with dealing with foreign clubs etc, this information is displayed above the scouts picture.

Thanks SDP. So you think they mean by domestic clubs, the clubs in the PES League you would make or Turkish clubs because I chose Fenerbahce? I am guessing the former but I am not sure.

The list of targets have many player above 32. That's why I wasn't keen on it. But I'll see if there is anything valuable. I guess the targets change as the team's ranking rises?
