hey, i have put an option file on i downloaded, on pes 2012 ps3, and now my trophies dont unlock, is there a way to fix/ work around this? any help welcomed, like my trophies:p, cheers

When you installed the OF, did you overwrite the one you had before?
You should delete the one you have, then install the new one, that way the game wont give you that warning the OF is somebody else's or something like that.
After you install the new OF, go edit something, so it saves as it was yours.

It is happening again
When I saved over my edit file, I got the message saying I wouldn't unlock trophies.... but I won my first match and got the trophy, so it doesn't look like there is a problem.
