Please help!!!!

I have got up to number 9 for patching PES4 using Ripkit to CD.....i am completely stuck.

It reads "open CDimage. Open the ripkit ISO as mode1/2048".........I cannot seem to open the ripkit ISo as this model only the original ISO, the option is not there!!!

Also "Click File..Save as...and change the mode to mode2/2352".....nowhere in CDmage after you open the file is the option to "save as".....

Please help I am on the verge of insanity....if anyone says all this is easy their lying!!.. Please reply with help asap
