No, it's a one of game between the winners of the Champs league versus the winners of the Europa league (previouslly UEFA Cup)

Would be a nice touch if we could play a Europa League competition in its own mode rather than only in ML mode, Aesthetically its quite a nice competition to play in, and of course easier (in theory) when I go a Scottish team.
