Hello!
After two years of intense FIFA gaming, I decided that the game... was boring. The only way to score was through the same old boring mechanisms. When I tried the PES demo I felt refreshed, amused. Therefore, I think this year PES will be the game I'll be getting.
But there is one thing that is on my mind, making my decision that much harder. Online Modes. I see this aspect as the main "wall" that stops most people from playing PES. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but FIFA's online modes are great, period. The one mode I did most enjoy this year was Ultimate Team. Players represented as cards, creating whole squads. Sounds idiotic, I agree. But it is very addicting. When I first told my friend, he said: "I stopped playing Pokemon when I was 7, you loser", or sth like that. But then he tried it and he plays it as well. If you don't know anything about the mode, check Google. I'm changing FIFA for PES (probably, if FIFA's hype doesn't get me this year) mainly because PES is, IMO, much more realistic. This mode has nothing to do with realism... yet it is so much fun!
Hope you take this at least in consideration, if this mode was on PES I would have no problems deciding what to get this year!
