when i tried to play online, when i wanted to be host or be a client, the pc tells me unable to connect. what can i do?

when your hosting it could be your firewall but when your a client i have no idea i have the same prob when trying to be a client there is a patch but where it is i dont know

the ip has changed on my internet and it's not showing the right one so people can;t connect to me. :(
