Unable to play: PES 2016 - PC - XBox One Controller

Hi all,

I have a big problem, I cannot play PES 2016 :(
Is someone here also using the Xbox One Controller on PC (Win 10) for PES 2016?

No matter of wired or using wireless adapter, there is a problem with the buttons/sticks:

(The devices (I have 3 of them) work perfectly and out of the box in all other games (e.g. Fifa 16)).

By default buttons are very wrong, but that is no ptoblem if I could configure them correctly.
But when I try setting a button (no matter which one) it is set to "Z Axis" at once (automatically), I cannot do anything about that (see screenshot)

(XInput instead of DirectInput does not help)
I do not have other ideas, does maybe someone uses PES 2016 with that controller on PC?

Tried re-installing drivers etc., it remains the same :(
It is really a crap, I am not able to play PES :(
