I've just bought pes 2013 and I'm unable to update the summer transfers. I clicked information - data pack update but it only gives me a bunch of new boots, not the summer transfers I'm looking for. Can someone please tell me how to get the transfer updates.

You need to press triangle in the transfers section. When you do that the transfers will be made!

Nice one mate, exactly what I was looking for. Why they make it so complicated, I've no idea.

It was some complications when the patch first came out. So they made it this way to come around the problem.

I had the same problem when I first Updated the game .. but someone in this fourms told me to Press Triangle in Transfer section in the Edit Mode
