Updated Kits & Team Names

I have downloaded a patch with all updated kits and team names but when i follow instructions of set up i havent got options on this part like every1 else does !



So if any1 can help TIA

But if not can sum1 give me a link to 1 that does work i already have the 1.20 patch should that already have rest of team names and etc on ?
