uShop novelty wearing off?

I haven't actually used my points at all, but the uShop function is already losing it's novelty value.

I have constructed a list of new functions to sell in the uShop.

- Change other people's titles/avatar/signature
- Ban members
- Censor words (Arsenal )
- Banish to PESFan
- Moderate a member

The member moderation fuction, would mean you buy moderator rights to a particular member, so that you can edit their posts etc... There should probably be a time-limit on the amount of time those functions apply.

We could also introduce an 'Insight Idiots' list like we were previously promised by Nifty, yet still remains non-existant. This list will be displayed in the General forums and members will use a set amount of points to nominate a member onto it. The member with the most nominations at the end of the week is banned for the next 3 days or something. There can also be a hall of fame for member with the most nominations.

Moderating a member seems kinda fishy. I think people would take it too far. The censor thing sounds good.
Changing other peoples sigs/avatars/titles/posts is going a bit too far.
Banishing to PESfan? How would you go about that?
'Insight Idiots' would be a funny function. But that might also become uncontrollable.

Though Insight Idiots would be interesting, though it might turn into a type of forum gang war where the idiots nominate the posters who told them how stupid they were...

How do I get rid of this silly glow effect? I've been using Opera and that doesn't show the glow but now in IE it's staring blandly at me and doesn't look good at all.
