WE 7 international Editing Tools Help

This is my first post and I need help pls....
Sorry I couldnt find any topics about my question and I opened a new one.

I have WE 7 international disc and I want to edit this game.
Is there any tools that I can edit this game with?
I looked fpr it on the net and I couldnt find any.
Pls help wemasters...

*AFS Explorer + WEPiC Decoder

Both the same programs basically. How to use them?? Search.

Is there any program that can edit player names and stats of WE 7 int.?
