is there any diff, because I am thinking about picking one up, and which one you think will be more likely getting a kit patch.

Well being honest, both will be the same I think. The Jap version will have the english Language change and according to a few people here, the file structure is the same as WE7/PES3 so that patching will be achievable.

They are not the same WE7I usa follows just WE6I usa up. WE7I japan will be a new ''game'' with a lot improvements.

If i had the choice and could read it, i'd go for the Japanese game. I hear Komami footie games for their own market are subltly better all-rounders than Euro or US ports.

God there are so many versions of WE, PES3. And with the same name! WE7i should be the same damnit, no matter if its in china, japan, or usa, if they are different they should have different titles. Damn, this is the only aspect of WE/PES that makes me mad.

WE7I USA - Pro Evolution Soccer 3 but for Americans no improvements

WE7I China - Same as WE7I JAP but for the Chinese

WE7I Korea - Pro Evolution Soccer 3 but for Koreans no improvements

Pro Evolution Soccer 3 - For Europe this is the game that you can see at your local game shops.
