I just switched to WE8 a week ago. I must say I was a bit disappointed at the begining as the game is harder and feels different than WE7. Slowly, I am getting used to it and I started enjoying the game more. I think with further releases WE8 is going to be excellent. I use my same old formation but I noticed the game is faster and scoring is harder now.

My question:
IS anything new regarding formation & tacitcs and player awareness in WE8? the formation menu is all japanese and ofcourse I am clueless but I noticed there are new sub menus when it comes to strategy and formation.

If anyone noticed a new feature in formation in WE8, please share!

Why don't you use Fernando's latest translation patch to understand the menus?
I agree with some of your observations. Give it time and you won't look back to WE7 again ;)
