WE8i Max Drive Options File PS2

Sorry I've been looking for this for days now off and on. I can't seem to find anything about it. Could someone please post a link to the best options file for the Max Drive PS2 for Winning Eleven 8 International. I downloaded the one from gamefaqs, its ok. But I'm sure there are better ones?

All I seem to find are patches for the game, which I'm not all that familar with, not too computer savvy when it comes to that stuff. So would just want an options file for the original game.

There's an option file out there for the 05/06 season , its the laetst one i could find and im currently using, its pretty good, it has all the transfers up to october 2005.

Edit: i found the one i have, its from gamefaqs, must be the one you have. I dont think there is any newer one out there. If you find out, let me know.

Here's the two Option files I've been using. The second one is particularly great in terms of transfers and edited kits, but all the classic team players have been overwritten so they don't appear in the Master League:
