Well, I half-see what you're saying, but personally I think that the penalty glitch in the game just results in an overall lack of professionalism from Konami - you look to games like Pro Evo and FIFA to be serious football titles with excellent graphics, and to see the goalkeeper fall through the ground like in the R.E.M. video to Orange Crush (I think, may be Stand) it what you'd expect from a lesser game with a smaller budget like This Is Football.
However, I suppose you have a fair point about how Konami have in the past had humerous parts to the game, such as the penguin suits, and giving Park Ji Sung the stats of a demigod, but I think in the case of quicksand penalties, it loses the cute sense of humour it had, and is more just shabby-looking. It may be funny the first time, but if it costs you dearly in an important game, it would start to grate. For example, the new glitch with keepers sliding instead of kicking clear, is fairly funny first time round, but now I've lost tons of goals on ML due to it - it's not funny any more, and it just destroys the illusion that it's like a real football match.
There was something similar on some old FIFA games - when the keeper kicked from his hands, if it hit an attacker it rebounded and it could be an easy goal - really hilarious the first time I saw it -but if you are playing a final or something - silly. Just like how it used to be easy to intercept a short pass from a goal-kick.
But overall, since I personally have not seen this glitch manifest itself on my game, and not many people claim to have seen it, I think it's safe to say it's a very rare incident - but it has the potential to ruin someone's day. So while I respect your opinion, I think it's essentially flawed by its lack for seriousness
Oh wait a minute, your post is just an incoherant spam message...
