What are the requirements for PES 2016 on PC and more questions

What are the requirements for PES 2016 on PC? Because I downloaded it from a site that said it needs atleast 1GB of ram, and when I runned, I found out that it's too slow. Help please.

These are the Konami requirements, minimum is 1GB but they recommend 2GB http://www.konami.jp/we/2016/online/manual/pc/en/system.html

Basically like any other game the more resources you give it (not just RAM) the better it will run

I've 2GB Ram which is more than the miniumum requirements, and a good CPU.

Also, when I change it's controls It doesn't get changed in the match; like I changed it from the main menu options, but it returns back to normal when I play. Do I have any missing files? That's what I have in the folder of it: http://prntscr.com/9xvko7 .

I don't have the PC version so I don't know sorry mate
