What do you do for unlicenced national teams before beginning Master League?

Hi!

I'll make this question as simple as possible :)

At least in Pes2010 Master League players rising from youth teams were players from National Teams. This caused dumb situations, for instance, I had a player "Dotan" (from USA national team) from youth team. Who in fact is unlicenced DONOVAN. And other team had the real Donovan, so basically there was twice the same guy in teams.

Can you somehow prevent this from happening?

Or if I rename national team guys correctly before beginning Master League (Like Dotan to Donovan). Will I then possibly have 2 guys named Donovan in my Master league? (if he rises from youth teams).
