what to do about cheaters? (PC)

First this guy picks Holland, and he has cruyff, van basten and other classics in his team, then it's 2-1 me at half time, I call him a loser and he says bye bye *****, he pauses the game and after the 60 seconds are up it hangs and I have to quit the game, thus losing the match, I've had this happen a few times and it pisses me off, what to do about it? His name was FC_plissken btw.

When it 'hangs' just leave it and eventually it will say connection lost and you should get the win.

Although if he was to locate where he lives, then they would be quite constructive.

But I don't wanna wait, and I once waited 90 minutes (during the WC) and it still didn't say conncetion lost.
