Whats the fascination with FC Copenhagen?

I see so many people using them online, especially back in PES09 but yesterday I ran into 2 different guys using them. Am I missing something here?

If you are playing on PC, then it is easy for people to edit thier game so that thier players for the team of their choice all have mega-souped up stats.

I used to make that mistake regulary. Someone would pick say Ajax, so I would go Fenerbahce in order to make the game even only to find out that 'Ajax' were all on steroids and dominating more than Inter or Barca would.

This is on the PS3. But I do find them a bit too good! Very precise on shots especially. The people who usually use FC Copenhagen that I;ve run into usually have rankings of 650+. Also if you play them in their room they set the games to 5 minutes rather than the regular 10.

Look at the real FC Copenhagens results over the past season or two...any special results?

With PES 5, it became well known that Norway were a good to pick against Brazil. The reason for this was that Seabass had witnessed Norway beating Brazil in a friendly once and wanted to reflect this 'realism' in the game. Assumming you accept the very obvious fact that PES AI engine scripts and bends the flow of the gameplay, whenever Norway played Brazil in PES5, the AI would be far more likely to heavily favour or script the game engines output in Norways favour.

As for PES 2010, I have no idea, but if you are noticing a geniune pattern with 1 specific team who prove to perform way better than there stats suggest, then it is quite possible that for some reason, PES 2010 just 'likes' this team.
