When can I get my PS2 Chipped in London?

well i mailed a post mate, but have yet to receive a reply.
With all do respect, would rather visit a store, etc to get a warranty rather than give it to someone else...
however if he is as good as he says he is, then it might be worth a shot....
where did u get yours done, i checked the barras, site but thats in scotland, and i dont think computer games exchange do it in london....I dont know any where else do u...
also mate, do u need broadband connection to download all the patches, as they seem faily biggish files
