Which one is the best option file for US v? HELP

I donwloaded the Von option file which seemed the most used but i found out that it was for the EU versio and mine is US.

I searched another files, now for the US version, but i couldnt find any. Actually any option file says if it is for EU or US.

Can anyone send me the link of one that is good enough for US version?

I was searching for the normal patch the English league uptodate and all the internationl trasnfers more or less one patch like VON but for US V
