Having played both, it's gotta be the xbox version for me. The xbox has everything the ps2 version has, but contains better graphics and no slowdown whatsoever from my experience. Also with Xbox live gaming thrown in on top it can't get much better :D
One tip though, for top xbox pes4 gaming buy a xbox - ps2 pad converter, as it feels alien playing PES with an xbox controller, particularly if you have played the PES series on the ps2 extensively in the past.

thanks for ur opinions guys.. and keep postin em.. by the way.. this is outta the subject.. but kits files.. and stuff like that.. is that only for pc version?? or is there a way to load them up to the ps2 or xbox consoles??

rapper4life - You can buy xbox - ps2 pad converters online, but id be surprised if they don't sell them in gameshops such as Game and electroniques boutique so its likely you can pick one up from there.

henry88 - You can buy an xport or maxdrive which allows you to save option files made by others to your xbox or ps2, or you can use a patch which contains proper kits, which involves burning the patch onto a cd/dvd. There is loads of information of this on the site on patching and xport/maxdrive info so they should help you out a lot.
