I use a logietech controller that looks just like the PS2 one.
however, I'd love to be able to use my PS2 controller instead... I just feel so much more confortable with it!

can someone tell me how to hook it up to my PC? wat kind of adapter/software do I need... and where can I get them from ?? I'd really appreciate the help. thanks in advance.

I use a PC/PS2 (actually I think PS2/USB would be more apt) adapter and it works perfect. You can get these from Play.com:
