Who is actually going to buy Winning Eleven 10?

Yes, I do know that there has already been a poll on the homepage, but we need a thread where we can actually discuss our opinions on konami's latest creation. I'm ordering my copy tonight, mainly because of the inclusion of the missing World Cup teams.

I'll probably wait for PES6 - i play a patched copy of PES5 that has the World Cup teams so i'm not too bothered about that. It seems to me that WE10 is very similar to PES5 but with a few new animations and gameplay alterations - nothing drastic. Oh, and the Bernabeu.

I should also have the correct world cup format - something that no patcher has managed to fix(and probably never will).

i dont think i will buy it... i will wait for the ISO file to be put online and then i will download it and the latest patch along with it...

so, i probably wont be playing WE10 til around august or maybe even september til they include all the new teams and kits and what not...

well WE9 just came out in February in Canada so there no point in geting WE10 for now, I guess next year it will be more updated

I'm still deciding between PES5 and WE9
that said..

I suppose this is a stupid question , but i do most of my shopping on ebay and I've looked at both PES5 and WE9 on ebay, and I've so far only seen WE9 in NTSC(North American) format. Does anyone know if PES5 comes out in
NTSC? If it isn't available in NTSC than I'm going to the store tomorow to buy WE9. I'm sorry to be off topic but I don't think my question deserves a new thread. Thank you all for any responses.

PES does not come to the Americas... only WE International series... Konami releases three versions within 12 months, Jap is first to get it, then Europe with PES and then the Americas with WE International...

however, if u have a mod chip in ur system, u can purchase PES and play it...

I don't have a mod chip right now , but it is something I have been considering.. it's my birthday on the 30th , and if my parents haven't bought WE9 from ebay for me (im not trying to sound like a spoiled kid, they've hinted they might) then it's off to the mall for WE9. Thanks for the reply

You don't necessarily need a modchip, there are cheaper methods which require a boot disk - more info in the Editing Questions section or by using the Search method. So in theory you can buy one of these for about $20 and then get WE10 instead of WE9.
