Why does newly created players cost so much!?

Hi I have created a few players from scratch and given them ok stats but it costs so damn much to aquire them for your team. Their stats are lower than som great players in the game but they cost twice as much! What Im I doing wrong? Grateful for any tips regarding creating new players.

Well I have changed tha age of my players between 17-23 with no change in cost at all!!

if u create a player with 34, he start the master league with 17...
i've created myself (i'm 15) and i started with 17...

there's no point creating your own players, just use real players

Is it not because their stats? their stats are always 2 high
