Why Does WE9 Run So Slow on My Computer?

I have the minimum specs, so why so sloooooooooooow?

But anyway...check the task manager to see if any backgroud applications are taking up excess memory if there not important cancel them, that should help.

Bad luck there, mate...
I never really trust system requirements...they will only assure you that you can play the game like a slideshow...
Honestly I think there should be many more options, to customize the visual settings instead of High | Medium | Low...and the Brightness...(wth?)
I have a P4 @ 2.7 512 DDR and GeForce FX 5200...but I can only play the game in the lower quality settings...I don't get it, I've played games with much better visuals in higher resolutions. Maybe they should work on the engine..

yeh they only really designed the game for the consoles and the pc version was just an afterthought

to play faster configure your screen refresh rate ( 60 Hz ),decrease the resolution and choose low quality, finally change the camera view excluding the wide one and try to overclock your graphics card and the processor.
this will help for sure.

another thing : configure your graphics card image settings to high performance
the final and best solution is to upgrade your hardware(RAM, gpu, cpu)
