Why dont some patchers unite their forces ?

I mean there are some very smart people out there creatinf fantastic patches and option files but seems every one of them has his favourite part of editing and witch he is most good at .

For example there are people like Fernando( translation ) Kel and scorpio ( Kits) PLF ( players stats and image) and others withc create flags and stadium editing.

Why dont you guys unite ? It would mean eveyone of you works on his favourite part so he could give 100% attention on that particular section of the game and than when everything is ready you unite your works and publish a hell of a patch.

well it seems like different ppl have different taste and views.. it may seem wise but this what makes patching more challenging don't u agree? :/

Interesting idea, however, with PES5 coming out soon no point on working hard on PES4. Just wait until we get some new software for WE9 and PES5 and see how it goes.
