Will I lose my MLO team if I reinstall PES or is my team saved to my Konami ID account?

I downloaded the new patch, and tried to download an update for an option file and I somehow buggered my game (all non licensed teams have the same blue and yellow PES kits) and my graphics are set to mario like pixelation despite having my settings file set to high.:erm:
