Dunno, but I'd guess not. With so many people still on poor internet connections, they need to keep the data transfer demand for online games as low as possible.

Some of the blame may be down to ISP's though, often the speeds advertised are much slower in reality, and out-dated equipment, not many people are willing to pay for high speed fibre-optic cables.

well last yaer (PES2010) was light years ahead of PES 08 and 09 as far as playability online. I play everyday and enjoy the online gaming every much, hopefully 2011 builds on that and keeps inproving the online quality.
