Windows 7 problems in Pes 2011

I've intel G45 chipset on my laptop.
when i install Vista, PES 2011 works fine on 800x600 resolution and Low graphics detail
But in windows 7 I experience a problem
The graphics memory(in game) shows 64MB instead of original 256 MB and the gaming experience is awful......the game hangs even in 640x480
the gameplay is also not smooth
but my other games run fine and i've installed latest graphics drivers
HELP!

then y does it run fine in Vista.....by the way i've played Batman-Arkham Asylum,Crysis and other heavy games though on low detail but smoothly on the same laptop.
