Winning Eleven 10 English Patch v2

Fernando has released version 2.0 of his translation patch for Winning Eleven 10. The patch will translate most of the games menu's, as well as many player names.

Does this patch have to go over a .bin file? My brother got WE10 for me but says it's not a .bin file. Any help would be appreciated.

Follow the patching guide indicated to make an ISO file which can be patched.
