hi, i have a NTSC ps2 version and i was wondering if i could play winning eleven 10 on my ps2? Does it matter that the game is NTSC-J version?

Depends on which PS2 you have. If it's a Japanese one then the game will work. If it's not then you'll need to use swap magic or another method to play import games. More info on this in the Editing Questions section, check the sticky index thread at the top.
